Turnaround is the measurement of time it will take to deliver your product after an order has been placed and printable files have been
received. Nitroprint.com, Inc. cut off is 10am PST daily. The following business day is considered the first day of turnaround if your files have been setup according to our guidelines and are suitable for printing. Product turnaround times are listed on their respective pages.

File issues, digital proofs and hardcopy proofs will add additional time to your turnaround time. Turnaround time does not begin until print ready files are received, and/or proof approval is received.

All turnaround times listed are typical but not guaranteed. It is important to note that sometimes equipment can go offline for maintenance and repair issues. In light of this, you should plan extra time for your project whenever possible. Additional auxiliary services such as folding, die-cutting will increase your turnaround time. Some products are available to rush their turnaround time with an additional fee.

PLEASE NOTE:  All phone or email orders require approval of these terms and conditions by EMAIL ONLY.  Phone or email orders require the customer confirm by EMAIL ONLY that the order has been entered by Nitroprint.com, Inc. correctly (Do not reply to the order confirmation email.  It is a no-reply and will bounce).  Having Nitroprint.com, Inc. place your order by phone or email can affect your turnaround time and in some cases incur additional charges.

All orders must be prepaid before printing will occur. For credit card payments we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. Other acceptable forms of payment include cash, money orders, and checks. Unfortunately, because all payments must clear before printing will begin, we discourage payments by money order or check as they would delay the turnaround of the order for the time required to clear the payments.

Prices listed on this website are subject to change without notification. Quotes are good for 20 days from their original date of creation. If a quote is not accepted within 20 days, it is deemed expired and may be subject to change.

NitroPrint.com INC shall not be held liable for any material or content submitted by the Customer that violates copyright or trademark law. The Customer certifies that they own the legal title to any work that is being submitted.

Print orders can not be canceled after files have been received and approved for premium and offset products.  Digital print orders can only be canceled before production commences and minus any applicable design and/or preflight fees.  Direct Mail orders can not be canceled once the job has been delivered to the mail house.  List purchase orders can not be canceled after the list has been produced.  Graphic Design orders can be canceled minus the expenses of labor already performed at a $75/hr rate.  

NitroPrint.com INC's liability shall be limited only to the stated selling price to the customer of any defective goods, and shall not include special, consequential, incidental, indirect or similar damages, including without limitation, lost profits. NitroPrint.com INC warrants that every product manufactured meets the industry standard for the type of product printed and is free of any material defect in workmanship. It is agreed that this warranty is in lieu of all warranties of fitness for particular use and merchantability. NitroPrint.com INC makes no other warranty and no actions or words of NitroPrint.com INC or its officers, employees or agents shall constitute a warranty. 

The Customer represents that they have the legal right to produce all printed materials ordered from NitroPrint.com INC. In the event that a charge, claim or demand, or arbitration, action or proceeding (collectively, a "Claim") is made or commenced against NitroPrint.com INC based upon, relating to or arising from the alleged wrongful acts of the customers, or alleging that the printing performed or product produced by NitroPrint.com INC ordered by the customer: (a.) infringes any copyright, patent or other proprietary right of any person; or (b.) contains matter that is libelous, slanderous, defamatory, scandalous or obscene, the customer shall indemnify and hold NitroPrint.com INC harmless from and against any loss, damages, cost and expense arising from or related to the Claim including without limitation; (1.) defending NitroPrint.com INC against any such Claim (2.) paying any judgment or award against the customer; and (3.) reimbursing NitroPrint.com INC for any legal fees and expenses it incurs in responding.

It is the Customer's responsibility to maintain a copy of the original computer files, artwork and transparencies. NitroPrint.com INC is not responsible for loss or damage to media supplied by the client or for errors on supplied artwork furnished by the Customer. Any additional translating, editing, or programming needed to utilize client-supplied files will be charged at an hourly rate of $75. NitroPrint.com INC does not archive your work for longer than it takes to produce and ship the final product. NitroPrint.com INC will assess submitted files for deviations from the file setup requirements listed on its website but will not be held responsible for customer errors such as low resolution, incorrect file orientation, incorrect color mode, text or graphic drop outs or corruption, or bleed and cut margin issues. The customer understands that NitroPrint.com INC will print all submitted files in head-to-head orientation and will not reorientate them without a fee.

NitroPrint.com INC accepts no liability for missing fonts. It is solely up to the Customer to provide files that have their fonts outlined or fully flattened into the image. A digital proof may be ordered through each product's pricing calculator.

Customer alterations must be specified in writing and must include all corrections or changes from the original specifications. Such work will be charged at our current rates.

When requested by the Customer, NitroPrint.com INC will submit color proofs for the Customer's review and approval for a fee of $5-$50 depending on the product. An additional fee is required to send a proof via express air shipping or Greyhound package express and is contingent on the turnaround time required. Proofs may be returned to NitroPrint.com INC marked "O.K." or "Revised Proof Required" and signed by the Customer. An email approval is also accepted as long as it contains the Customer's full name, company name, and order number. Until the proof is approved, no additional work will be performed. NitroPrint.com INC will not be responsible for undetected production errors if proofs are waived by the Customer, the work is printed per the Customer's written approval, or if requests for changes are communicated verbally. All requests for changes of any kind must be made in writing to avoid mistakes. Any proof request waives our express turnaround.

Because of differences in equipment, paper, inks, and other conditions between submission and production pressroom operations, a slight color variation between files and the completed job [as determined by generally accepted trade technical methods] is to be expected. When such a variation or color shift occurs, it will be considered acceptable performance. If you MUST have an exact color match, please contact us and we will try to arrange a solo run where a $350 plate fee will be applied on top of your print cost.

Inkjet and laser prints are known to look substantially different than offset printing. NitroPrint.com INC offers quick turnaround and low prices by printing to a conventional color standard, using standard ink densities. There is no guarantee that your finished piece will match your printed sample. This is due to the varying results from different output devices including inkjet printers, continuous tone proofing devices, and film-based proofs. If you would like a color-matched product, please contact us for a custom quote.

NitroPrint.com INC will provide digital proofs free of charge when requested by Customer through each item's pricing calculator. If requested, the express turnaround deadline for submitting work to press that same night will be 5pm PST from the time the Customer has received their proof. Digital proofs are best used for reviewing spelling, fonts, and general layout and should not be used to assess color quality due to the variant nature of press equipment and monitor color calibration settings.

NitroPrint.com INC will normally deliver the exact quantity of goods ordered plus a small additional amount. There is no extra charge for the additional amount. In the event of an under run, NitroPrint.com INC may bill for the actual quantity delivered. The generally accepted trade practice is plus or minus 5%.

It is acceptable industry convention to have no more than 10% of an order with minor blemishes. We typically overrun work to accommodate for this percentage as a result. If you have blemishes on your job and it exceeds the acceptable threshold then you may return the defective prints. All blemished products must be returned within 7 calendar days of receipt. We will either discount your order or reprint the appropriate amount.

Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made by the client in writing no later than 7 calendar days after delivery. If no such claim is made, NitroPrint.com INC and the Customer will understand that the job has been accepted. By accepting the job, the Customer acknowledges that NitroPrint.com INC 's performance has fully satisfied all terms, conditions and specifications.

Any reprints NitroPrint.com INC produces at its own expense may have a turnaround that is equal to or greater than the original turnaround of the product ordered, depending upon workflow conditions.

Charges for delivery of materials and supplies from the Customer or the Customer's supplier to NitroPrint.com INC are not included in quotations unless specified. NitroPrint.com INC is not responsible for delays and/or damage incurred during shipping. Title for finished work passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier at shipping point; or upon mailing of invoices for the finished work or its segments, whichever comes first. 

NitroPrint.com INC will place a job on the press sheet however it bests accommodates the production process, which may or may not be against the grain of the paper. This could effect the perceived stiffness of the finished product. All business cards, flyers, and postcards are produced on various types of cover and may vary between 10 pt. and 16 pt. depending on the product ordered. 

Some products Nitroprint.com INC sells has the option of UV or aqueous coating. These coatings may affect your ability to inkjet or write on the product. It is your responsibility to perform due diligence before ordering the product to determine whether or not coating will adversely affect your project. Nitroprint.com INC will not responsible for reprinting a product due to it being ordered improperly. UV coating may cause a product to appear more saturated.

Graphic Designs jobs may be killed/canceled under the following condition: You will still be responsible for paying $75 per hour spent on the project up until it is canceled. If you have a design special, your project may not be killed once a graphic designer has started working on it. 

Customer is responsible for all payments owed to NitroPrint.com INC including the cost of any collections cost or fees associated with any initial attempts at payment. Disbursement expenses incurred to NitroPrint.com INC while attempting to collect any debt owed i.e. court fees, tracing fees etc. are the responsibility of the customer. Past due accounts will be charged an additional 18% on top of their original total, which will include any associated fees. There will be a 1.5% interest charge on the grand total for each month past due thereafter. Monthly interest is subject to change to 9% if allowed by law. 

NitroPrint.com INC shall have the right to assign any portion of the work required to another contractor or vendor.

Customer agrees NitroPrint.com INC retains exclusivity with all its contractors & vendors. Likewise the customer is excluded from super session of said exclusivity without prior authorization. Any breach in exclusivity by the customer would render the customer liable for all damages and applicable legal fees incurred by NitroPrint.com INC.

Any information NitroPrint.com INC collects from order processing or from any inquiries is not shared with any other company. Your information is only used for contact, billing, and shipping purposes. Your credit card information is never stored by NitroPrint.com INC unless requested for convenience to the customer.

Since each job is custom created for its owner, it can not be reused or resold.

NitroPrint.com INC may change, modify, add or remove portions of this policy at any time, and any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted unless stated otherwise. You may print it out at any time for your records.

NitroPrint.com INC may charge for the following services when applicable:
$25 to re-crop a job that is not setup correctly or any other related simple file modification necessary for production.
$25 to reorientate a file that is not setup properly for folding in regards to head-to-head / head-to-toe configurations.
$15 handling fee for all greyhound shipments
$75/hr fee for all associated graphic design unless otherwise specified.
