If you setup your files to our exact specifications, we will deduct 5% from the price of your printing! Here is how it works: When you place an order online with your credit card the amount is preauthorized within our credit card processing company. Our prepress department will go down the list of our requirements to determine if you have met all of them. Once it has been established that you qualify, we will capture only the discounted amount plus any applicable auxiliary work or shipping costs. File revisions will disqualify the discount so please make sure that you have met all of the setup requirements before you transfer the files.

Please review the following requirements necessary to receive your discount:

- Files must be either a JPG, TIFF, EPS, flattened PSD, or PDF. If your files are a vector format or PDF please include a .jpg proof for the front and back. Due to possibly being a portable format, and thus compressed, occasionally the .pdf format will drop out fonts and/or graphics so these proofs are important. Make sure all text is embedded or converted to outlines when appropriate.

- File names must follow this naming convention: order number_size_1 or 2. For instance, if your order number is 7800-0 and its size is 4.25x6, then you would name your files 7800-0_4.25x6_1.pdf and 7800_4.25x6_2.pdf. Again, if the order number was 7891-3 and your file size is 8.5”x11” you would name your files 7891-3_8.5x11_1.pdf and 7891-3_8.5x11_2.pdf. If you haven't placed your order yet then you may use a project name as an alternative to your order number.

- Files must be created at a resolution of 300 d.p.i or greater. We advise against creating your files at a lower resolution and then increasing them to 300 d.p.i. Although this does satisfy our requirement, you will most likely not be happy with your completed print project due to how bitmapped it will look.

- Files must be created or saved as CMYK color mode. We can convert them for you; however, this will void your 5% discount.

- Files may only be ¼” larger in width and height than your desired trim size. Here is an example: if you are interested in a 5.5”x8.5” postcard, the submitted size should be no larger than 5.75”x8.75.” For instance, submitting an 8.5”x11” sheet with a 5.75”x8.75” image on it will disqualify you from the discount. The reason for this is because it takes extra time for us to crop out your image.

- Text or graphics that you do not want purposely cut off must be 1/8” from the edge of your document if it is not set up with a bleed. If you have set up your document with a bleed, text and/or graphics must be ¼” away from the edge. We will contact you if your text or graphics are not safe; however, this will disqualify you from receiving the 5% discount.
