Q.) How do I pay you?

A:
You may pay for your order with cash, check, money order, or credit card. Sending a check or money order through the mail will affect your turnaround time because we will have to wait until both the payment arrives and clears. To ensure quick turnaround time, online credit card processing is the best option.




Q.) What if someone else is paying for my order (3rd party payment)?

A: If you need to place an order but someone else is paying for it, please proceed to place your order as you normally would on our site.

On the checkout page [last page before submitting], there is a "pay upon receipt" checkbox right above payment information. Please check this box. It is intended for local customers that will pay when they pickup their items, but it will allow you to process your order without submitting payment information. Please write in the special instructions "3rd party payment".

 

Now submit your order (make sure you receive a confirmation). Please have the paying party use this secure form to submit payment information for your order:

Your order will not be processed until we have received payment information from the responsible party.
