A.) All express products generally take 18-24 hours to complete and ship. Our production workflow is set up to turnaround these jobs in a day, however sometimes presses go down and there are other equipment setbacks so we do not guarantee this turnaround.

- Brochures and Offset Posters have a turnaround of 1-3 business days.

- All Thick Stock Postcards have a turnaround time of 3-8 business days depending on which turnaround you choose.

- All Thick Stock Business Cards have a turnaround time of 5-7 business days.

Q.) What is the cut off time to get files in? [back to top]
A.) If your files are submitted to us by 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday and are setup exactly according to the specifications listed on our site, there is about a 90% chance that your order will be ready the next day if it is an express product. All orders submitted on Friday, may be ready by Tuesday the following week. Additional auxiliary services such as folding, die-cutting, etc. will increase your turnaround. Products outside the express range such as CD packaging, catalogs, magazines and services such as graphic and web design take additional time.

- The file cut off time for Thick Stock Postcards may vary.  Please review the deadline as defined on the product's page.  Absolutely no exceptions to this cut off time will be made.  That means if your files are submitted before the cut off time but are not set up properly your turnaround time will be increased.

- The file cut off deadline for next day Banner orders and file submissions is 1pm.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday 11am to 7pm Pacific Standard Time (PST). If you have received a phone call or email that your product is ready, you may pick it up between those hours. Our pick-up location is located at 3706 SE Powell Blvd Portland, OR 97202.
