Our services include but are not limited to: presorting, bar-coding, data processing, ink jet addressing, tabbing, metering & sealing, labeling zip, address standardization, and mailing list purchasing.

Postal Regulations for Direct Mailing:

Please review all postal regulations before submitting your files. We are not responsible for files that are not setup correctly.

Indicia: Leave a blank white rectangular area in the upper right corner 1.25" tall x 1.25" wide. We will inkjet the indicia (postage) in that space.

Mailing Address: Leave a 2.75" tall x 2.75" wide space on the right side of the postcard, below the indicia space and above the bar code space for the mailing address. There should not be any zipcodes or states to the left of this space as the post office scans this area as well.

Bar Code: Leave a 5/8" strip blank all along the bottom of your postcard for bar code and post office markings.

Please note:
1) The largest mailpiece we can send with our service is 6.125" x 11.5". The smallest piece that can be sent is 3.5" x 5".

2) This estimate assumes you already have an address list. If you need to purchase a mailing list, please let us know in the comments.

3) If you have us print your product and you direct mail less quantity than what we print; we will send you the remaining cards via UPS (shipping charge applies) if requested. Otherwise we will hold it for 90 days.

Turnaround is typically 3 days, however may take up to 5 days in some circumstances.

4) These prices do not include printing.

5) If you need a specific amount mailed that does not match our quantities then select the next-highest amount available for preauthorization and we will only charge for the exact amount mailed.

6) If you need to proof your job before it gets mailed we need a request placed at the time of the order, otherwise it is assumed all print work will be immediately processed for mailing.

7) International direct mail costs can vary, depending on what country the mail is going to, size/weight, etc. If international addresses are included in your direct mail list, the total cost of direct mail will increase. In these cases, you will be contacted with the updated price when the mail has been dropped at the post office. One of the charges for international postage is the weighing.

8) Please note that Direct Mail is not available for any type of discounts such as promo codes, paid online discounts, or similar rewards Nitroprint offers.
